Our Sportcentrum Nuremberg offers children from around 6 to 14 years of age sporty children’s birthday parties that are an unforgettable experience for the birthday child and their friends. From climbing to football and badminton – we’ll put together a programme to suit you and the kids can really get going in a safe and supervised environment!

Ideal for anyone who enjoys action and sport, a birthday party at the Sportcentrum Nuremberg is perfect for children who want to let off steam and experience an unforgettable day of exercise with friends. The atmosphere at the sports centre is informal and relaxed. Children have plenty of space to run around and play.

Parents can personalise their birthday party according to their children’s wishes. Our team will be happy to help with the planning.

What is included in the children’s birthday party?

We prepare a colourfully decorated birthday table and set the table for the birthday child and all their friends. Parents can bring their own food or have it delivered to Sportcentrum Nuremberg by a delivery service (we are happy to provide recommendations on request) to make the party a culinary experience. You are also welcome to bring your own cake. Only the drinks are to be consumed through us.

We have china, glasses and cutlery on site.

After the birthday party and playtime, parents and children can sit together in our bistro area and round off the day. Here you are not tied to an end time.

Discounted special rates apply for children’s birthday parties. For example, you can book the game court for just €55 per hour instead of €65 and the climbing instructor for just €79 per hour instead of €89. For climbing in particular, we recommend booking a trainer (2 trainers for 6 children or more) if parents are unable to instruct and ensure safety themselves.

Planning & booking

As parents, you let us know when the birthday party is to take place, approximately how many children are coming, which sport(s) are booked and for how long. We will work out the programme and offer – and then the party can begin.

Arrival and welcome

At the beginning of the birthday party, the children are welcomed by our carers and introduced to the sports.

Location and Equipment

Gamecourt

The Game Court, the centrepiece of the Sportcentrum Nuremberg, with its 180 square metres and adjoining bistro area, is ideal for an action-packed children’s birthday party. Our weekly multisport courses for children also take place here.

High-quality wooden sprung floor (prevents injuries, among other things)

Bistro

Drinks and treats can be provided in the spacious bistro area. The ideal area for a birthday break, right next to the game court. And parents will find cosy corners here – or in the entrance area – for waiting times.

1. Can I celebrate children’s birthdays with you without a membership?

Of course. The children’s birthday parties can also be booked without membership of Sportcentrum Nuremberg.

2. Is catering provided for birthdays?

Yes, we provide drinks for the children who celebrate with us (please do not bring your own drinks), which is covered by a drinks flat rate. You are welcome to bring your own hot food, snacks and/or cake or have the food delivered to us at the Nuremberg Sports Centre. We are happy to recommend suitable delivery services. Crockery, glasses and cutlery will of course be provided free of charge.

3. Does my child need specific equipment for the children’s sports?

Apart from sportswear (e.g. T-shirt, cycling shorts, jogging shorts or regular shorts) and indoor sneakers (with non-marking soles), your child does not need any additional equipment. The sports center is well equipped.

4. How long does a party last for you?

You decide the duration of the children’s birthday party. As a rule, our birthday parties last at least 1 hour and up to 3 or even 4 hours. You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before the party starts. You can also linger in the bistro area after the booked time and let the birthday party come to an end in peace.
We will organise the event according to your wishes and help you plan the schedule.

5. Are the trainers and supervisors pedagogically trained?

Yes, some of the coaches at the Sportcentrum have an educational background. The entire Sportcentrum team does everything to make the children feel comfortable and lets them know that they are in good hands. Our trained coaches naturally ensure safety on the playing and training surfaces as well as a good, positive and above all motivating interaction.
